8. How is your data protected?

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against alteration, accidental or unlawful loss, use, disclosure or unauthorized access and in particular:

The appointment of a Data Protection Officer;

Secure access, sharing and transfer of data: data stored only 1/ on the OVH server, 2/ on the backup server. Access limited to SSH, and root password known only to 2 people. Fail2Ban-based security policy. Encrypted backup;

Data protection and confidentiality awareness training for all staff;

Implementation of a general IT security policy;

Data protection requirements when selecting our subcontractors: this is automatically included in our invitations to tender.

9. What are your rights?

You have the right to access, rectify, port, limit and delete your data (except for legal obligations or archival purposes). You may also object to the processing of your data on legitimate grounds. The service that collects your data informs you of the compulsory or optional nature of the information requested and of the consequences of not providing this data. The service informs you of the existence, where applicable, of automated decision-making, and of the modalities and consequences of such processing.

In order to respond to your request, we may verify your identity and, if necessary, ask you for further information. Courchevel Tourisme will do its utmost to reply as quickly as possible, in accordance with regulations (1 month from receipt of the request, with a possible extension of 2 months with reasoned information to the requestor before the end of the 1-month period). 10. Updating the charter
