Survival course open to all outdoor enthusiasts who wish to master the fundamentals of safe hiking and cope with most crisis or survival situations.
- In summer :
Over 2 or 3 days, I offer you the chance to learn survival techniques in complete safety. In order to better prepare your outings in the wilderness or your expeditions to distant countries. Survival training is based on three principles: equipment, knowledge and the will to live or survival instinct. Knowing how to react in an emergency, food, heat and shelter.
- In winter :
New this season, Yann invites you to survival courses from Saturday lunchtime to Sunday lunchtime. Two half-days and one night to learn how to orient yourself, read the snow and its secrets, manage the cold, practice avalanche search and build your own shelter. This course allows you to immerse yourself in all the challenges of a winter adventure. It will make you aware of the general dangers of winter (avalanches, cold, climatic hazards, loss of orientation, falls...). A friendly and demanding experience, enabling you to anticipate most of the subjects you'll need to know before embarking on a polar expedition or increasing your experience in a cold, snowy climate.
-----------
My survival courses present no physical difficulties for healthy adults in average physical condition. Don't worry, I'm not a special forces veteran, my skills come from my passion for the mountains, my knowledge of first aid as a first aid trainer, and my many expeditions to the Arctic territories.
