Awarded two Michelin stars, Le Sylvestre restaurant, imagined by Chef Sylvestre Wahid, offers an intimate gastronomic experience. In this confidential setting of just four tables, time is stretched out, gestures are precise, and each table becomes a story in its own right.
The Chef's cuisine draws its soul from his three heartlands: Pakistan, the Mediterranean and the Alps. In the dining room, service comes to life: the finishing gestures at the table, exchanges with guests and the presence of the Chef himself create a lively atmosphere, where gastronomy becomes a moment of sharing and emotion.
