In the heart of the Alps, Sergio, hiking guide, yoga teacher and Ayurvedic massage therapist, will guide you in the art of moving through the mountains align with the ancient sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda.
Hiking experiences: exploring the world of plant life, walking in silence, climbing a mountain at dawn, walking under the stars, snowshoeing and discovering the science of avalanches.
Yoga lessons: Durga Yoga, Yin Yoga & Yoga of Sound. At home, in the studio or in the great outdoors. Yoga transforms life, improving health, flexibility and physical and mental control through postures, breathing, relaxation, concentration and meditation.
Ayurvedic massages and rituals for Wellbeing : Abhyangam, Foot Reflexology, Celestial Massage, Sports Massage, Kalaripayattu, Detox. Consultations and face-to-face/visio follow-ups.
Active meditation: Shinrin Yoku and Afghani Walking.
