An easy itinerary in the heart of the Vanoise National Park offering a chance to observe the marmots and admire the Vanoise glaciers and their reflections in the waters of the lake, Lac Blanc.
At the car park entrance, take the uphill farm track to the Lac Blanc refuge, below the fishing lake.
Return via the same itinerary.
Variant (additional 1 hour 15 minutes): return via Le Coëtet. At the tip of the lake, take the path back to Le Coëtet car park. Follow the Bellecombe tarmac road a little, then take the lefthand path which crosses the meadows and intersects with the road. Cross Chavière hamlet and walk back up to the car park.
